What You'll Do.
Manage and provide direction to team
Ensure materials are available and efficiently utilized
Ensure manufacturing equipment are up and running
Provide technical leadership
Understand product knowledge
design and execute Continuous Improvement Projects

Analyze product/material yield and scrap
Resolve yield related events
Perform risk assessment of materials
Prevent supply chain disruptions
Resolve complex problem solving related to materials
Lead materials related savings projects
Select and manage relationship with suppliers
Ensure satisfactory standards of materials
products and services
Assure compliance of subordinates to policies and procedures
Interface with other plant areas or divisional organizations
Implement cost reduction projects
Troubleshoot plant processes
Cultivate internal and external network of resources
Facilitate site procurement activities
Act as technical liaison with suppliers
Support projects execution
Utilize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
Mentor employees by sharing technical expertise
Provide feedback and guidance
