What We’re Looking For: An Engineering Manager to lead and manage operations within the Salesforce and CRM domain, ensuring seamless coordination of people, costs, and platform integrity. You will drive business outcomes by influencing technical roadmaps that leverage the full Salesforce ecosystem, with a strategic focus on Agentforce, Data Cloud and AI-driven automation. You are expected to navigate ambiguity and translate business priorities into high-performing, scalable CRM solutions. Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To: Technical Architectural Ownership: Own the production environment and maintain a robust Salesforce architecture, ensuring scalability across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds. Data Strategy Architecture certifications are a major plus. Business Acumen: Strong ability to balance business urgency with technical sustainability.
