What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of software engineering experience, 2+ years in engineering management, Proven experience shipping production systems, hands-on coding ability in Python, Go, or TypeScript, Experience building systems that interact with APIs, tools, and external services, Demonstrated ability to define metrics and evaluate system performance rigorously, Experience writing clear technical design documents and driving alignment
Nice to Have
Experience building or managing developer tooling or internal platforms, Familiarity with agent frameworks or orchestration systems, Experience in monorepo environments, Startup or early-stage team experience (0→1 or small team scaling)
