Must Have
Degree in Engineering or related technical Master’s degree, Minimum 18 years’ engineering management experience on major infrastructure or rail programmes, Proven leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams, understanding of systems integration and engineering governance, Experience with design management within client-side, consultancy, or contractor environments, Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership capability
Nice to Have
Knowledge of international rail standards and Saudi regulatory requirements, Chartered Engineer or equivalent professional accreditation
