This is a pivotal executive role, responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and sustainable outcomes while driving operational excellence and strategic growth. Reporting into the Operations Manager/SSE, you will provide visionary leadership across all facets of maintenance, including HME, breakdown response, field maintenance, and engineering operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable performance across the site. We’re seeking a engineering & maintenance manager who inspires their team, provides strong leadership, drives innovation and delivers results with safety, sustainability and compliance at the core. **The Role** * Demonstrate positive leadership, advice and support as head of department. Define clearly the role, accountabilities and expectations of team members. * Deliver operational objectives by optimising the availability and reliability of mining equipment. * Lead the management, direction and coordination of the department within Hail Creek Coal (including team development and professional development of team members). * Develop and oversee maintenance strategies that optimise equipment reliability, cost efficiency and quality outcomes. * Lead the Implementation and management of Mainte
