We are looking for a proactive and organised Engineering Maintenance Administrator to join our Engineering team at York to support the planning, scheduling and delivery of maintenance activities across our operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong coordination skills, technical awareness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced engineering environment. The role will include: * Super user and site lead for the management and development of the CMMS system * Planning and distribution of works orders and planned maintenance. Keeping Engineering department updated on outstanding actions * Work closely with the Asset Care Manager to aid with implementation of the CMMS System * Raising purchase orders for corrective and improvement work * Work in conjunction with the Engineering Management team to ensure all Engineering health and safety documentation for contractor site visits is up to date and stored in the relevant contractor folder. * Daily, weekly, monthly updates of the Engineering KPI’s * Maintain accurate
