CMMS (Hollistech) knowledge and experience
What You'll Do.
Support planning of maintenance activities
Support scheduling of maintenance activities
Support delivery of maintenance activities
Act as super user for CMMS system
Act as site lead for CMMS system
Distribute works orders
Plan planned maintenance
Distribute planned maintenance
Keep Engineering department updated on outstanding actions
Aid with implementation of CMMS System
Raise purchase orders for corrective work
Raise purchase orders for improvement work
Ensure Engineering health and safety documentation is up
Store Engineering health and safety documentation
Provide daily updates of Engineering KPI’s
Provide weekly updates of Engineering KPI’s
Provide monthly updates of Engineering KPI’s
Maintain accurate maintenance records
Support continuous improvement initiatives

Team & Collaboration
Work closely with Asset Care Manager; Work in conjunction with Engineering Management team
