You will shape the engineering leadership culture, ensuring that SEIT Leads, IPT Leads, and CEs have the authority, resources, and guidance needed to deliver high quality, on time, and on budget solutions for the BaPs division and the broader enterprise. This position will be in Baltimore, MD, and is a full time on site role. _**What You’ll Get to Do:**_ Lead the Engineering Leadership Organization (SEIT Leads, IPT Leads, and CEs) within the Foundational Systems Engineering group and report directly to the Foundational Systems Engineering Director. You will be accountable for ensuring that the engineering department and its partner disciplines have the people, expertise, tools, and processes needed to deliver the BaPs division programs successfully.
