What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years leading engineering teams, ideally including senior engineers, Strong, hands-on technical experience in OOP Languages (Java) and modern technology stacks on technologies such as REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems and CI/CD pipelines, Solid understanding of LLM engineering: RAG architectures, vector databases & embeddings, prompt/context engineering, orchestration patterns, tool use, evaluation methods and guardrails/safety approaches, Passion for AI: you follow the space, and want to push boundaries on a production system at scale, Excellent collaboration skills across functions and teams
Nice to Have
TypeScript, deeper AI fundamental (eg. transformer architectures, fine tuning, etc)
