Must Have
12+ years of experience in platform-, data engineering or an adjacent field, preferably with focus on enterprise data platforms, Very expertise in the modern data stack, including cloud-based data platforms such as GCP BigQuery, Snowflake, and the ecosystem around them, Extensive experience in operating production cloud infrastructure, especially Google Cloud, in complex enterprise environments, Proficiency with IaC (e. g. Terraform), automation tooling, orchestration tooling (e. g. dbt, Airflow), Good understanding of data governance, security, and IT compliance in highly regulated environments, Very good programming skills in Python and/or Java, Experience with development utilizing software development life cycle (SDLC) tools including Git, JIRA, Artifactory, Jenkins/TeamCity, OpenShift, Experience in growing and leading highly performing engineering teams, problem-solving skills, strategic thinking and attention to detail, Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus

As Engineering Lead for data infrastructure, you drive the design, built, and continuous improvement of our cloud-based and on-prem data platforms and the pipes between them.
