What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years’ experience delivering modern, scalable cloud-based data platforms and engineering solutions, Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring high- performing Data Engineering teams in fast-paced environments, Deep expertise across Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, SQL, Python, and modern ETL/ELT frameworks, hands-on experience with dbt, Airflow, orchestration tooling, and production-grade data pipeline development, Extensive experience designing scalable warehouse and lakehouse data models for analytics, reporting, and AI use cases, understanding of data governance, observability, data quality, and platform reliability best practices, Experience delivering ingestion, transformation, and migration initiatives across modern data stacks and cloud ecosystems, Ability to balance strategic platform thinking with hands-on technical leadership and delivery execution, Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable engineering outcomes, ownership mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, operational excellence, and business impact
