Must Have
Strong, hands-on technical experience in OOP Languages (Java or similar), Modern technology stacks, REST APIs, Microservices, Distributed systems, CI/CD pipelines, Proven experience in leading and mentoring software engineers, Product and customer mindset, Experience building customer facing products, Experience working with and building distributed, high scalability systems and microservices architectures, Great communicator who can articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, Experience working effectively with cross-functional peers like designers, product managers, and analysts
Nice to Have
Knowledge of accounting software integrations, Experience with specific accounting software

Lead the design of an integration platform specifically built to streamline the onboarding process and drastically reduce the engineering effort required to roll out new accounting software integrations
