About the Role: We’re looking for a dynamic, energetic, and entrepreneurial Engineering Lead to take ownership of EchoMark’s multitenant SaaS application. As our first engineering manager, you’ll work closely with the Head of Engineering and founding engineering team to continue scaling the engineering organization, drive the product forward, maintain operational excellence, and execute at the highest level. This role requires close collaboration across the company, especially with our product lead and engineering team, to build and launch great products. What You’ll Do: - Own the end-to-end of our primary multitenant SaaS application, from shipping new products and features to maintaining our operational excellence. - Work closely with product to define roadmap and strategy and translate that into engineering execution. - Manage and scale a world class team of full stack developers to execute the product vision. - Continue raising the bar in operational quality and automation while releasing at a high velocity, ideally weekly. - Exercise good judgement on engineering pace: when to push a team to sprint and when to rest. -
