Must Have
Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline, analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, Interest in manufacturing systems, process improvement, and operations, Proficiency in Excel (data analysis, charts, pivot tables), communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally, Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced production environment
Nice to Have
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement principles, Basic understanding of mechanical systems, electrical systems, or automation, Experience with data visualization or analysis tools, Exposure to CAD, PLCs, or manufacturing systems (ERP/MES), Introductory knowledge of statistics or quality tools
