Full Job Description
**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!** # Responsibilities: * Run tribology and e-mobility test stands, collecting and monitoring performance data. * Support the development and build-out of new testing capabilities and lab setups. * Analyze test results and summarize findings in clear, structured reports. * Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist with maintaining test systems. * Collaborate with engineers and technicians to solve technical challenges. * Manage multiple assignments while meeting timelines and project expectations. * Contribute ideas to improve testing processes, lab efficiency, and overall performance. # Qualifications: * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. * Highly motivated and eager to learn in a hands-on engineering environment. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. * Interest in testing, data analysis, or product development. * Experience working with lab or test equipment a plus. * Familiarity with basic data analysis and reporting (Excel, etc.). * Exposure to machine shop tools or mechanical assembly a plus. Starting at $22 per hour. Compensation for this position will be determined by the candidate's qualifications, experience, education, and overall alignment with the role's responsibilities.
