Must Have

Bachelor of Science degree in STEM, 9 years of related professional/military experience, Master of Science in STEM discipline, 7 years of related professional/military experience, Active U. S. Government Secret clearance

Nice to Have

Current TS/SCI and SAP clearances, MS or MBA, Test Pilot School Graduate, Experience coordinating with customer counterparts, Military or commercial flight line experience, Leadership/management experience leading mixed workforce, Formal program management experience or training, Comprehensive understanding of BOEs, Earned Value Management understanding, Integrated Master Schedule principles, Planning technology development projects, Executing process improvement projects, Experience managing performance metrics, Experience initiating risk and opportunity development
