What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor of Science degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline and 9 years of related professional/military experience OR a Master of Science in a STEM discipline and 7 years of related professional/military experience, active U. S. Government Secret clearance, ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance, ability to attain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR), Ability to travel as needed (approx. 25%), Demonstrated experience leading large engineering teams in a program execution environment, Relevant test experience in one or more of the following fields: Ground Test, Flight Test, Lab Test, Production Test in a DCMA 8210. D program
Nice to Have
Current TS/SCI and SAP clearances, MS or MBA, Test Pilot School Graduate (Pilot or Engineer), Experience in coordinating with customer counterparts to negotiate ground and flight test plans, Military or commercial flight line experience, Leadership/management experience leading a mixed salaried and touch labor workforce, Formal program management experience or training, comprehensive understanding and application of BOEs, Earned Value Management and Integrated Master Schedule principles, Successfully planning, prioritizing and executing technology development or process improvement projects, Experience identifying, developing and managing performance metrics, Experience initiating risk and opportunity development

partner closely with Chief Engineers, Program Managers, and Center of Technical Excellence (CoTE); collaborating broadly up and across AS engineering leadership; building trust across stakeholders; act as champions of unified processes and cross-program integration; Interface and support peer EI&E counterparts from other Divisions/Programs; share lessons learned, best practices; support solving challenges
