Assist Chief Engineer in managing M&E scope
Ensure quality and deliverables within stipulated time
Assist in providing facility management
Assist in providing contract management
Assist in providing procurement management
Contribute to achieving financial targets
Contribute to achieving other targets
Support Chief Engineer in managing installations
Support Chief Engineer in managing civil maintenance
Prepare critical spares list
Plan inventory for maintenance
Implement pre-emptive maintenance programme
Oversee pre-emptive maintenance programme
Reduce risk of sudden failures
Review maintenance practices of M&E Contractors
Deliver quality work practices
Maintain PPM schedules
Arrange ad-hoc M&E set ups
Ensure contractors follow house rules
Handle projects with minimum inconvenience

Chief Engineer in managing M&E scope of the projects to ensure the quality and deliverables within the stipulated time. • Assist in providing comprehensive facility, contract and procurement management for technical services to the client. • Contribute to achieving financial and other targets established by the Senior Facilities Manager • Achieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements targets.
