What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Btech / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical engineering, 5+ years’ experience in maintenance management role, Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, HVAC, Water and mechanical systems, degree in engineering, at least 6-7 years of experience, able to think strategically, solve problems, make decisions, manage your key stakeholders, excellent business partnering & commercial finance experience, pay attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, good work ethic, positive attitude, can do mind-set, follow through on issues, self-starter, ability to prioritise, meet tight deadlines, team player, promotes open, constructive and collaborative relations with superiors, subordinates and peers, regularly contributes to team discussions and problem solving/ brainstorming sessions, effective listener, communicator, initiative, self-motivated, seek innovation, actively source for opportunities to achieve best results

What You'll Do.
Manage day-to-day operations of Water and plumbing system
Coordinate water and plumbing system functioning
Guide BMS operator team
Respond to customer generated work
Manage work order data
Perform system checks
Monitor and respond to alarms
Interpret trending data
Assist in performing preventative maintenance
Service requests including replacement and modifications
Ensure compliance with regulations
Recommend and implement improvements for preventive maintenance
Respond to emergency situations
and testing equipment
Coordinate medium voltage repairs
Identify energy conservation projects
Develop and maintain maintenance and safety procedure manuals
Develop specifications and manage service contracts
Develop maintenance procedures
Carry out facility inspections
Plan and oversee repair and installation activities
Allocate workload and prioritize work
Monitor equipment inventory
Place orders when necessary
Monitor expenses and control budget
Manage relationships with contractors
Keep maintenance logs
Report on daily activities
Ensure health and safety policies are complied with

He/she is also responsible to manage the day-to-day site engineering operations and manage shifts with particular focus on having the engineering systems up and running at optimal performance. **** MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage the day-to-day operations of the **Water and plumbing system.** * Coordinate with the various work stream owners, Duty managers and Duty engineers for the functioning of complete water and plumbing system. * Work along with BMS operations lead and guide the BMS operator team to manage daily operations * Respond to customer generated work requests; prioritize, schedule, and assign work to staff, manage work order data in a computerized work management tracking system. * Performs system checks, monitors and responds appropriately to alarms, and interprets trending data * Assists in performing scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance, inspections, site surveys, and service requests including replacement and modifications of RO system/plumbing system equipment as directed * Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations as related to building operations and water systems. * Recommend and implement imp
