Must Have
Tertiary qualifications in Electrical/Mechanical essential, Knowledge of Occupational Safety requirements, PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems
What You'll Do.
Achieve excellence in preventive maintenance programs
Ensure energy conservation practices
Assist in managing M&E scope of projects
Assist in providing comprehensive facility
contract and procurement management for technical services
Contribute to achieving financial and other targets
Achieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements targets
Support the Chief Engineer / Dy. Chief Engineer in managing Mechanical
Plumbing installations & all Civil maintenance
Responsible for preparation of critical spares list
Plan for inventory where maintenance is carried out with in-house teams
Implement and oversee the pre-emptive maintenance programme
Assist the Chief Engineer to review the maintenance/service practices of M&E Contractors
Maintain the logbooks
checklists and PPM schedules
Manage Downtime/ Breakdowns
Arrange for ad-hoc M&E set ups
Ensure contractors follow house rules
Handle shifts independently on all Engineering related matters
Responsible for daily reporting on M & E to the Chief
Generate Service maintenance reports
Generate Inventory and Purchasing of spares reports
Generate Downtime and breakdown incident reports
