Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, Proven experience in project management, Proven experience in maintenance planning, Proven experience in operational excellence, understanding of industrial automation, understanding of process control systems, understanding of relevant engineering software, Excellent analytical skills, Excellent problem-solving skills, Excellent decision-making skills, Demonstrated leadership abilities, experience in managing and developing teams, Effective communication skills, Effective interpersonal skills, Ability to collaborate across various departments, Knowledge of safety regulations, Knowledge of quality management systems, Ability to work independently, Ability to work as part of a team
