Job Summary** We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Engineering Executive to join our dynamic team at HINDUSTAN UNILEVER LIMITED. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing operational efficiency, ensuring asset reliability, and implementing engineering best practices across our manufacturing facilities. Job Responsibilities** * Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. * Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and minimize breakdowns. * Troubleshoot and resolve complex engineering issues, applying root cause analysis to prevent recurrence. * Collaborate with production, quality, and safety teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives. * Ensure compliance with all relevant engineering standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines. * Manage and mentor a team of technicians and junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning. * Evaluate and recommend new technologies and equipment to enhance manufacturing processes and product quality. * Prepare and present technical reports, project updates, and performance analyses to senior management. * Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors for engineering services and equipment procurement.
