What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience in Engineering Leadership, 5+ years software engineering experience, Experience managing engineers, Hands-on modern technical leader, Deep systems thinker, Experience with Python, Experience with JavaScript, Experience with TypeScript, Experience with Next.js, Experience with modern state management, Experience with cloud-based applications, Experience with cloud infrastructure, Verbal and written communication skills, Ability to explain complex ideas, Leverage qualitative and quantitative data, Make confident calls under uncertainty
Nice to Have
Experience with NoSQL document modeling, Familiarity with GCP, Equivalent experience in AWS, Equivalent experience in Azure
