What They're Looking For.
Must Have
expertise in BIM, electrical or mechanical engineering, critical power or similar industry, leading multi-site, multidisciplinary engineering organisations, engineered-to-order (ETO) environments, manufacturing-led design, implementing KPI-driven performance management, governance models, Lean and continuous improvement methodologies, manage complex technical challenges, data-driven decisions, communication and stakeholder management skills, influence senior leadership, leadership capability in coaching, developing senior engineering teams
Nice to Have
Master’s or MBA is a plus

Develop and execute EMEA Engineering strategy
Lead Design & Engineering teams
Oversee delivery of complex ETO solutions
Drive KPI-based performance management
Establish daily management systems
Lead continuous improvement initiatives
