expertise in BIM, expertise in electrical engineering, expertise in mechanical engineering, Proven experience in leading multi-site, multidisciplinary engineering organisations, Solid understanding of engineered-to-order (ETO) environments, Experience in implementing KPI-driven performance management, Ability to manage complex technical challenges, Ability to make data-driven decisions, Excellent communication skills, Excellent stakeholder management skills, Demonstrated leadership capability in coaching, Demonstrated leadership capability in developing senior engineering teams, 8+ years of leadership experience
