The role combines technical engineering leadership with sophisticated data analysis capabilities to ensure the highest standards of service delivery, regulatory compliance, and risk management. A core responsibility is the production of the monthly Statement of Assurance, which serves as the foundation for demonstrating contract compliance and operational performance to the client. **What your day-to-day will look like:** **Engineering Strategy & Leadership** * Overall accountability for engineering and compliance service delivery through in-house and supply chain teams across the European portfolio * Develop, articulate, and implement engineering strategies for growth, service improvement, and best practice excellence * Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across Europe to identify and implement innovation and consistency in processes, standards, and governance *
