This role oversees a team of Manufacturing and CI engineers, manages the ProTrak productivity project portfolio, leads capital expenditure (CapEx) projects (including machinery upgrades, new technology, and automation), and provides technical expertise to drive operational excellence. The CI Manager is a key leader in advancing our SPX (Stanley Production System) implementation and ensuring the achievement of annual productivity, cost, and lean maturity targets. ## Key Responsibilities * Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Manufacturing and CI engineers to deliver productivity and cost reduction projects. * Manage the ProTrak deck, ensuring all productivity projects are tracked, executed, and reported accurately. * Oversee CapEx projects, including machinery upgrades, new technology implementation, and automation initiatives. * Provide technical guidance and support to engineers on complex technical projects. * Drive lean and continuous improvement initiatives as part of SPX implementation, including Kaizen events, 5S, value stream mapping, and standard work development. * Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and root causes of inefficiencies. * Develop and track key performance
