What They're Looking For.
Must Have
BS Degree in Engineering, 5-8+ years of experience in an Engineering Management role, 3+ years people management experience, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) experience is required, Experience with Industrial Automation is required, Lean skills including Kaizen, Standardized Work, VSM and Six Sigma Green Belt is required, Knowledgeable in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and CMMS, data analysis skills, Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, Effective communication and people management skills, Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
Nice to Have
Certification by ASQ as a CQE, CQA, or CQM considered highly desirable, Black belt certification is a plus
What You'll Do.
design and installation phases of new equipment
and other capital projects
Manage the preventative/predictive maintenance and Maintenance Work Order Systems
Create and manage budgets related to Capital equipment
maintenance and labor
Oversee daily facility functions
Responsible for engineering
and modification/installation of existing and/or new (capital) equipment including industrial Automation Systems
Develop and manage the plant Capital and Capacity plans ensuring on time and within budget
train and manage Engineers and Engineer Techs
to assist in process improvements
Oversee construction and repair projects
Develop and maintain Total Product Maintenance Program In alignment with Cornerstone Production Systems Maintenance Pillar
Drive continuous improvement in Key Maintenance Metrics
Manage the work order system and Ensuring work requests are completed in a timely fashion
Adjusts maintenance programs to insure conformance with insurance policy requirements
Prepare budgets and secure estimates and cost quotes as needed
Support the plant achieving budgeted labor efficiency MPO/UPMH
Provide technical support to ensure the factory is operating Safely
at the highest quality level and lowest possible cost
and manage performance of direct reports
Communicate daily with all levels of employees to assist in resolving problems and achieving company goals
Promote and ensure a safe working environment in compliance with company and regulatory standards by coaching and guiding associates on safety procedures and maintain compliance with established policies and procedures
