Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical discipline., Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in: Diesel engines, Power generation systems, Marine engines, Heavy equipment or industrial engines, mechanical aptitude with experience in engine component overhaul and repair., Knowledge of diesel fuel systems including: Fuel pumps, Injectors, Governors, Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and OEM manuals., Hands-on troubleshooting capability with a structured and analytical approach., Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-oriented workshop environment., Good communication and teamwork skills., Willingness to travel regionally when required.

Nice to Have

Prior experience working with mtu engines or Rolls-Royce Power Systems products., Exposure to workshop operations supporting marine, industrial, or power generation applications., Experience in component overhaul environments with focus on precision and quality standards., Familiarity with engine testing or bench-testing activities., Knowledge of continuous improvement or lean workshop practices is advantageous.
