Here, you will find more than just a job—you will find purpose and pride. ## Your Role at Baxter The Baxter User Experience (UX) team supports global development and advanced technology groups through interaction, visual, and industrial design. They also conduct ethnographic research and Usability testing. Our designers work closely with collaborators and customers to research, develop, and deliver user experience solutions that stand out for clinicians and patients. ## What You'll Do: * ### Uncover actionable insights through user research, translating them into specific user needs and developing them into safe and differentiated solutions. * ### Communicate design intent through storyboards, user stories, workflows, wireframes, and visual builds from low-fidelity prototypes to final design assets. * ### Balance the needs of different collaborators within Baxter, including hardware and software engineering, marketing, clinical affairs, and quality. * ### Provide inputs to usability testing and customer research, and depending on experience, lead research or testing activities for defined aspects of a project. * ### Be a collaborative team member with excellent written and verbal communication skills. ### ## What You'll Bring: * ### Degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Vi
