What You'll Do.

Coordinate special projects

Aid in directing Major Electric Transmission System Operations

Maintain system integrity and economy

Train others on internal processes

Coordinate with TOS in operating equipment

Review transmission switching

Confirm next day Transmission outages

Arrange switching personnel

Ensure Worker's Protection Assurance is set up

Coordinate Company operations with adjacent Entities

Schedule short term equipment outages

Determine restoration procedures

Perform technical system studies

Coordinate repairs on defective transmission equipment

Nuclear plant coordination for transmission outages

Update and review Ameren procedures

Create documentation for NERC standards compliance

update and create training lessons

Evaluate system alarms and events

Identify issues or alarms requiring expert analysis

Monitor EMS / SCADA system

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work with Transmission Operations Supervisor; Coordinate with Transmission Dispatchers; Coordinate Company operations with adjacent Entities Responsible for the Reliability of the Interconnected System (ERRIS); Coordinate with NERC; Coordinate with Regional Reliability Entities; Coordinate with Ameren’s Reliability Coordinator (MISO); Utilize experts from System Relay Services; Utilize experts from Transmission Maintenance; Utilize experts from Substation Maintenance; Coordinate responses with experts
