What You'll Do.
Lead thermal system level and performance design and development
Be responsible for the benchmarking analysis of the entire vehicle's thermal management and thermal comfort system
and formulating design and development plans.
Be responsible for performance teardown from system level to component level and help module team design and supplier selection process.
Be responsible for planning the benchmarking test
Be responsible for planning the bench test of the thermal system and the vehicle performance test to ensure that the vehicle performance passes the acceptance.
Reporting and escalation the top issue for thermal system to PM or line org.
