Through our robust product engineering, outstanding tooling capabilities and diverse process expertise, we continue to bring lightweight and innovative products to market. **Job Responsibilities:** * GD&T (ASME Y14.5 & OEM standards) - Early definition, optimization, and cost-focused simplification * Tolerance Analysis - 2D/3D stack-ups and Vis VSA variation simulation * Dimensional Cost Optimization - Identification of low-impact characteristics to reduce tooling, gauging, and inspection costs * Manufacturing Processes - Stamping, welding, fixturing, gauging, and assembly * Metrology - CMM data analysis, MSA, and simulation-to-plant correlation * APQP / PPAP - Dimensional support through RFQ, launch, and production * Process Capability - Cp/Cpk feasibility and target setting * Problem Solving - 8D, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions ## **Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:** At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
