ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Performs technical support activities related to test with engineering approaches to effectively respond to each work request in term of productivity improvement, quality and cost. * Establishes appropriate performance report. * Improve Test code development to test Hard Disk Drive, validation to ensure test code quality. * Supervises technicians in responsibility to accomplish job in most effective way. * Performs related work as assigned * Co-ordinates with other sections including oversea organization concerning technical issues related to the product. * Supervises Engineer in team to solve the problem effective way. * Identify and record any problems relating to Testcode, pro
