Full Job Description

Responsible for monitoring the health of assigned modules, managing yield loss issues, and providing timely feedback to various engineering teams. Set up experimental and data collection experiments, generate reports for the fab team, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. Complete safety training, addressing safety and quality issues, and maintaining a continuous improvement program for defect reduction and yield improvement. Collaborate with RDA engineering teams, supervisors, and area leaders to setup and maintain quality inspection recipes, communicating daily priorities, and participating in meetings. Analyzes data to make critical decisions, resolves cycle time and capacity-related issues, and provides troubleshooting support for complex process problems. Ensure the quality of daily operations, maintain process consistency, and drive reductions in line variability. Work on projects to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope. Effectively communicate and collaborate with various teams to proactively address issues that could impact yield, output, or process holds. May telecommute part-time. Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering or related field. Position requires: 1\. Front end semiconductor processing techniques relevant to DRAM memory fabrication; 2\. Defect detection techniques relevant for memory development, including SEM and optical inspection systems; 3\.
