Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 2 years of experience in the Automotive Industry, specifically in Backend Assemblies or similar, and 2 years of experience in Automotive Quality Standards.
Nice to Have
Experience with problem-solving methods (FMEA, 5why, Ishikawa, 8D), reading technical drawings, understanding customer requirements, measurement technology, handling flow charts and control plans, line release audit processes, coaching and mentoring skills, IATF 16949 requirements, communication and presentation skills, and quality and project management tools.

The company is headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany and has about 87.000 employees in more than 100 locations worldwide. * Represents the Quality Management of the plant in the product and production development projects, the production and towards the customer during pre-launch, launch and series production. * Manage and control the quality system, maintaining quality capability of production processes and make actions to improve it, to ensure that the product is produced according to customer specifications, to assure sustainable quality on level of the plant. To support the release of production lines, implementing visual aids, standard work instructions. Specific: Responsible to control, monitor and improve the quality indicators and metrics ( IPM´s, NCC).
