Must Have
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, 3–7 years of experience, Experience in SAP QM, Experience with inspection tools
Nice to Have
Experience in automotive or manufacturing industry, ISO/IATF exposure
What You'll Do.
Execute incoming inspection
Assign appropriate lot disposition
Conduct dimensional and visual inspections
Ensure adherence to inspection plans
Ensure adherence to SAP entries
Ensure adherence to quality documentation
Drive supplier quality performance
Achieve reduction in QPN
Achieve reduction in PPM
Communicate quality issues to suppliers
Ensure timely closure via SAP
Monitor supplier corrective actions
Monitor 8D quality reports
Monitor corrective action effectiveness
Visit suppliers to drive improvement
Visit suppliers to drive compliance
Manage rejection communication
Manage Non-Conformance Management
Manage supplier escalation
Ensure parts meet specifications
Develop Quality Management Records
Maintain Quality Management Records
Develop Inspection Plans in SAP
Maintain Inspection Plans in SAP
Ensure smooth transition of parts
Conduct yearly requalification
Ensure adherence to defined processes
Block stock in case of deviations
Initiate containment actions
Perform 100% inspection
Apply structured problem-solving methodologies
Support OEM approvals for deviations
Support OEM approvals for part acceptance
Monitor effectiveness of containment actions
Monitor effectiveness of corrective actions
Monitor incoming lots monthly via SAP
Ensure timely clearance of lots
Manage quality performance across suppliers
Manage quality performance across child parts
Maintain supplier performance dashboards
Drive reduction in customer complaints
Prepare supplier debit notes
Process supplier debit notes
Monitor improved shipments post corrective action
Ensure cost of poor quality reduction
