Must Have
5+ years in Cable/MSO, 5+ years in similar industry, Good understanding of DOCSIS, Good understanding of IP Video, Good understanding of Packet Cable, Understanding of eMTA, Understanding of cable modems, Understanding of ONT/ONU operations, Knowledge of control platforms, Good understanding of IP4, Good understanding of IP6, Knowledge of troubleshooting tools, Solid understanding of LAN/WAN topology, Solid understanding of network protocols, Solid understanding of switches, Solid understanding of firewalls, Solid understanding of load balancers, Comprehension of DHCP, Comprehension of DNS, Comprehension of SNMP, Comprehension of TFTP protocols
Nice to Have
Scripting/coding experience preferred, AI automation experience preferred, Google based tools experience preferred
