Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Engineering, 1-2 years experience in HDD or relevant industry, Demonstrate good command of English proficiency

What You'll Do.
Support new product introduction functions
Ensure timely build and efficient transition
Ensure 100% execution free product transfer
Support sustaining / HVM functions
Deliver requirements and process to monitor product performance
Manage post transfer qualification for electrical components
Provide end-to-end oversite of electronics production processes
Work with development teams to improve manufacturability
Release and prepare engineering documents
Perform component changes and BOM updates
Provide non-moving disposition
Prepare conversion list to support rework
Support HDD logistic & shipment
Monitor production with metrics and data analytics
Monitor EC related yield

Broad Functions The Product / FA Engineer is the overall architect of the manufacturing workflow for the HDD Electronics. Responsible for designing, implementing, and controlling the systems used to assemble, test, and integrate electronics into HDD products. They are also responsible for monitoring operations and troubleshooting issues that arise during production as well as supporting continuously improving PCBA yield and reducing costs. Supporting new product introduction related to PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) during development build, transition to Low and High-Volume Manufacturing (LVM / HVM) for mass production (sustaining phase) until End of Life (EOL).
