As a GQ (Global Quality) Package Reliability Engineer at Micron Technology, you will help ensure the quality and reliability of Micron’s semiconductor packages across DRAM and HBM product lines. This is an excellent opportunity for new college graduates to build hands-on experience in package reliability, qualifications, and cross-functional engineering collaboration. In this role, you will support package qualification for new products, design changes, material updates, and process introductions. You will analyze reliability test data, contribute to risk assessments, and work with cross-functional teams to help determine product readiness for release. You will also assist in developing reliability test plans, investigating qualification or process-related issues, supporting root cause analysis, and preparing technical summaries for review. In addition, you will participate in phase gate reviews from design through production release and help verify critical-to-quality requirements and inline validation results. **Successful candidates for this position will have:** * A basic understanding of semiconductor packaging, materials science, mechanical behavior, or reliability engineering through coursework, internships, or academic projects. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and willingness to learn. * Ability to work effectively both independently and in cross-functional teams. * Good written and verbal communication skills for technical discussions and documentation. * Interest in semiconductor package reliability, qualification, and failure analysis. * Exposure to data analysis, statistics, or engineering software tools such a
