Responsibilities and Tasks: * Work proactively to problem solve with yield or quality impact on our products through development of measurement recipes that can provide quick and accurate feedback on the product integrity. * Participate in new technology development and startup alongside with Research & Development (R&D) fabrication (Fab) site in US. * Participate in world-wide discussions such as Copy-Smart Team (CST) for continuous improvement on the toolset(s) assigned across Micron Fabs. Share Best-Known-Methods and lesson learned across the network. * Set up tool qualification criteria and implement monitoring through Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts. * Collaborate with Engineering Operations and/or Application teams to optimize tool maintenance schedules and utilization. * Develop and run projects crafted to enhance inline detection, improve efficiency, reduce cost, reduce tool measurement variability and improve machine availability. * Partner with the tool suppliers and owners to explore innovative ways of doing thing
