Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Agricultural and Biological Systems Engineering, Bioproducts and Biosystem Engineering, or related Engineering field., Minimum 4 years of experience in the civil and water resources engineering areas., MN Professional Engineer license or the ability to obtain the license within 6 months., Basic understanding of water resources and associated regulations in Minnesota., written and verbal communication skills., Superior problem solving and analytical skills., Solid critical thinking skills, along with attention to detail., Positive attitude under pressure, team player, responsible, and self-motivated., Excellent leadership and project management skills., Valid driver’s license in good standing with availability for periodic travel., Must be authorized to work in the United States permanently without the requirement of sponsorship at any point in the future.
Nice to Have
experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D, experience in ArcGIS, experience in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software

Develop solutions for Water Resource projects
