Must Have
6 years of hands-on experience in SAP, Minimum 8 years of IT experience, SAP S/4 HANA implementations experience, Functional and configuration knowledge in SAP SD module, Hands-on interface experience, Experience working in an onshore-offshore development model, Ability to communicate complex technical concepts, Expertise in change management, Expertise in user adoption strategies
Nice to Have
Experience supporting SAP S/4 HANA enhancement projects, Experienced in global SAP aspects, Defining & assigning Enterprise Structure, Master data experience, Sales Order processing experience, Purchasing functions experience, Experience collaborating in global/geographically diverse teams, Strategic mindset, Critical thinking, Process oriented, Ability to lead meetings/calls, Very thorough with day-to-day planning, Keeping oneself organized

Ensure optimal integration of SAP

Recommend upgrades or innovations
Participate as specialist in Order Management team
Contribute to adoption of SAP S/4HANA
Contribute to cloud migration strategies
Implement best practices in SAP architecture
Integrate AI technologies in SAP solution development
Reduce costs and transition time
Execution and management of SAP SD functionality
Contribute to planning/sequencing of design workshops
Support facilitation of workshops
Leverage knowledge of industry best practices
Apply global SAP implementation experience
Support in complex fit/gap analysis
Develop configuration standards
Establish KPIs to measure quality
Track post-implementation performance
Elevate SAP COE team members skills
Document and manage SOPs
Provide support in preparing meetings
Provide support in conducting meetings
Ensure Order Management processes are monitored
Ensure Order Management processes are alerted
