Engineer(MSDYNAMICS365Developer)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Engineer to join our team, focusing on the Service workstream and related modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Power Platform tools, CPQ solutions like Experlogix, and deployment practices across D365 environments. Familiarity with Copilot features and Project Operations is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE , especially Sales, Marketing, and Project Operations modules. * Build and maintain Power Automate flows , Canvas and Model-Driven Apps , and Power Pages. * Integrate and customize Experlogix CPQ within the D365 Sales ecosystem. * Leverage Copilot capabilities to enhance user productivity and automate repetitive tasks. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. * Perform CI/CD deployments using DevOps pipelines and manage solution lifecycle across environments. * Develop custom plugins, workflows, PCF controls, and JavaScript-based enhancements. * Ensure data integrity and security compliance across integrated systems. * Provide support and training to end-users and internal stakeholders. ## Qualifications * Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 developer, including experience with CRM Functional areas in Sales and Service functionality * PowerBI, GitHub/TFS, C#, .NET, Visual Studio, JavaScript, HTML, and APIs * Hands-on Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics CRM * Knowledge in Power Platform and Power Apps * Hands-on with Plug-ins and Power automates. * Knowledge on Security models and fundamentals * Knowledge on expressions (query/ fetch) * Knowledge on Power Portal * Knowledge in Integration/ Deployments using Azure/ Devops (not mandatory) * Demonstrated ability to thrive in an enterprise Agile/SCRUM environment * Demonstrated ability to work as part of a Global Team * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Excellent Engli
