Job Description **Carpenter Technology’s Reading, PA facility,** serves as the company’s flagship manufacturing, specializing in the production of premium specialty alloys for critical applications. This location houses advanced melting, refining, and finishing operations that support aerospace, transportation, medical, and energy markets worldwide. With integrated research and development capabilities on-site, the facility drives advancements in additive manufacturing and novel magnetic materials, reinforcing Carpenter’s leadership in engineered solutions for demanding environments. **Job Summary** Independently leads the identification and control of occupational hazards, ensuring worksite and product safety through expert application of engineering and safety principles. Advises on structural safety, develops and implements safety policies, and manages complex EHS projects and teams. Oversees audits, accident investigations, and compliance with regulations.
