What You'll Do.

Complete technical documentation for customized CDU designs based on technical requirements and project timelines

Ensure completeness and accuracy of technical documentation for all orders

meeting domestic and international standards

Communicate and coordinate with factories regarding product production

identifying and resolving technical issues

Track product quality status on-site and participate in or lead product improvement projects based on after-sales feedback

Responsible for layout structure design of CDU

including mechanical structure layout

and process document output for system piping

plate heat exchangers

Evaluate and select materials and manufacturing processes for liquid cooling products

ensuring design manufacturability

Collaborate closely with simulation engineers

iterating and optimizing designs based on CFD simulation analysis results to address issues like thermal resistance

and structural strength

Coordinate with suppliers and internal production departments to complete prototype sample production

tracking and resolving technical and process issues during trial production

Provide testing input conditions for the testing team

and technical support for production

and quality departments

resolving design issues during productization

Compile and maintain design documents such as structural design standards

Participate in improving internal selection tools and selection software

Participate in or guide review engineers in completing unit structure layout modeling and design output; Organize and participate in design, process, and production reviews; Maintain close cooperation and communication with relevant departments in the factory regarding technical issues; Collaborate closely with simulation engineers; Liaise with suppliers and internal production departments; Provide technical support to testing, production, procurement, and quality departments
