What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or related field, 3+ years of experience in HVAC system design, installation, or maintenance, Familiarity with HVAC software tools (e. g. , AutoCAD, Revit, Carrier HAP), Knowledge of Chinese HVAC codes and international standards, problem-solving and communication skills, Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Nice to Have
Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification, Experience in cleanroom, pharmaceutical, or industrial HVAC systems, Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) and IoT integration, Proficiency in English is a plus
What You'll Do.
Design and develop HVAC systems for new and existing facilities
Conduct load calculations
and testing of HVAC systems
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues
Ensure compliance with local building codes
and environmental standards
Prepare technical documentation
and maintenance records
Support energy efficiency initiatives and sustainability goals
