What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Technical, engineering or scientific degree or equivalent field service experience required, Ability to obtain a valid Passport and Visas for international travel is required
Nice to Have
Familiar with MS Office tools, SAP and PLC skills is a plus, Fluent Mandarin, capable of written and oral English, communication skills, English fluency a significant plus, Semiconductor and/or gas industry experience a plus

Deliver field service support
maintain and upgrade equipment
Provide email and phone responses
Develop and translate technical documentation
and execute Preventative Maintenance Agreements
Troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems
Follow safe work practices
Attend safety training
Comply with safety regulations
Provide timely support
Maintain proper documentation
Provide parts/labor/travel requirements
Work with local sales and application engineers
Ensure customer satisfaction
Coordinate cross-functional meetings
Provide detailed verbal and written feedback
