Full Job Description
**Job Title:** Engineer II, Equipment Engineering **Job Description:** **The Role:** * We are looking for a dynamic, versatile engineer who will be responsible for extrusion equipment needed to support our new and current product. * With the fast pace of innovations in semiconductors, you must be able to interact with staff in all functions to deploy assets to add capacity, upgrade or refurbish current machines and install new machine, maintain as good run time and assist to improve quality. * We expect that you’ll collaborate, share and work as a team that partners closely with all stakeholders. * After HVM, to maintain production assets run as good conditions and assist for future upgrade/improve as needed. **In this role you will:** * Engage with a variety of stakeholders including, Facilities and EHS, Procurement, R&D, Maintenance and Reliability, Controls Engineering and Operations personnel in the entire process development to commissioning and qualification. * Develop and manage maintenance plans to complete within schedule, budget and quality constraints. * Work with engineers including process & quality to define PM programs (including spares inventories, frequency and timing and etc.) for new assets & existing. * Assist with classic New Product/Process Engineering responsibilities if the business dictates. This would include troubleshooting, failure analysis, SPC, Quality and Yield improvement. **Traits we believe make a strong candidate:** * Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical engineering. * 2+ years of working experience in the engineering field in production environment. * Experience in extrusion or blow molding or injection etc operation equipment are preferred. * Proficiency in Microsoft application for writing technical report and documentation of procedures, change control and technical specification. * Experience in technical drawing and use of CAD or modelling tools is a plus. * Good English command. * Good problem-solving and analytical ab
