As a member of the demonstration lab team at our Phoenix R&D location, you will be responsible for ensuring our semiconductor equipment is well-maintained and in optimal working condition. Given the equipment’s role in our R&D work, you should be an excellent troubleshooter and innovative in your approach, all while maintaining a safety-first mindset. This role includes 2 shifts, a first shift, Mon-Fri 8am- 5pm and second shift of 4pm – 12am (one Sat every 4-6 weeks.). Responsibilities: You will create and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction to ensure that the test equipment is up and running. Leveraging strong technical equipment skills in this dynamic environment, this role will perform trouble shooting, preventative maintenance, and respond to internal customers while maintaining a safety and quality focus. Effectively meet equipment project objectives and goals. Develop improvements for processes, hardware and software for continuous improvement of ASM's equipment operations.
